This simple math exercise can save you thousands of dollars in advertising and bring you thousands of dollars in revenue over the years:

I - Multiply the audience by the lowest response rate (as little as 1-3%), to find the number of possible responses

II - Multiply the number of responses for a likely conversion rate (for example, 20% of respondents will actually buy) to find out how many sales you can expect to make

III - Multiply that by the dollar value that each new client represents

IV - The resulting figure is your estimated ROI
